first draft of all products

i just need to take more photos, which i have done now, just the case of incorporating them into it!!

Production

i cut out my image using the magin wand tool and the lassoo tool.
made my model look like the famous indie artist alex turner from arctic monkeys.

how i edited my image: i can change the colour, satuation, tone and contrast.

i added dubby text from lorem ipsum added a drop cap. also added a second version of my model to decide if i wanted him in black and white or normal. also edited my image brighter and more dynamic, using a contrast tool.

i added a background my using the gradient tool, the background looks like it has a spotlight facing it to make it look professional.

i created this just by putting black rectangles  and adding text into them. this caused the pull quote to be used as a title and its stands out. the different colour match the colour scheme of red white and yellow they also add the standing out.

i added a branding graphic

my article. the pill quote breaks up the text to make it look less boring. the yellow highlight the important parts of the story, sticking to the colour scheme.
My page number, same as on the contents page to match.

Double page spread drafts

the image covered up my text so i moved the text sideways, also my Columns are different sizes so i changed them.
my collums are the same length, however the first column is still unintelligible, i added a pull quote to spilt up my text to make it more appealing and less block writing.
i made the pull quote text closer together after looking at other magazines, because they have all their text close together.
i used this picture from hunger magazine to create ideas because i found this image very effective.
i experimented around with different colours and styles that i saw in a magazine.
